Her heart was beating so quickly, that Anita had to force herself to breathe in and out a few times very slowly to calm it. She was just outside the wall to Terminal City and waiting for the leader to come out and speak with her; and then either grant her entrance or refuse it. It would be dangerous for her in there, both because of the chemicals and because of who she was. While most did not know of her connections to Manticore, any X5 who had been there in the later years had a chance of recognizing her. If they did then she was trapped in their city, and she doubted she would be allowed to help them.
When she had first came to Manticore it had been to help make the world a better place, but later she would learn what they were really doing. At first she had stayed and tried to help the people they had created, the ones with flaws. Then when she could not stand what they were doing any longer, she stayed because she was too afraid of them to try running away. Her escape came in the form of faking her death, and taking a new name. Now she wanted to keep helping them and try to fix the things Manticore did. She had the knowlage to help them more then any general doctor. They only had to let her.

Max's heart pounded against her chest as she began making her way towards the entrance to Terminal City. She wasn't too sure about this woman she was on her way to meet. She knew she was a doctor from Manticore after she gotten Dix do a facial recognition scan and background check. She had wanted to ask Alec about her, but he was out doing recon with Mole. Their food and weapon supply was short and Alec thought it be best to check out certain places in Seattle so they could be fully restocked. But none of that matter at this moment. The only question on Max's mind was what did this doctor have to offer her and the other transgenics. Help with the seizures was the main thing and if this doctor could provide it, she may have a ticket in.
As soon as she reached the entrance, Max looked up at the security camera and signaled to Dix to open the door. She could hear the rapid heartbeat of the woman on the other side of the door. She looked over at the woman and slowly walked up to her keeping a sharp eye on her. "You wanted to talk to me?" Max could see how nervous the doctor was. Well, it wasn't the first time someone gotten nervous around her. Now that the world knew who she really was.

Anita turned to face the door when she hear it opening, and paused as if waiting to see if anyone would recognize her. When nothing happened, she forced a smile to her face and tried to relax. This girl had not been one of the children she had worked with, so there was no way she could recognize her. It was both calming and frightening because on one hand she was safe--and on the other if she was allowed to enter then who knows who might know her ask Anna Blake.
"Yes, hello. I am Anita Nolan, and I am a doctor at the hospital." She explained in case they had not delivered the message of who was here. "I am a member of the THA," The Transhuman Alliance, which sought out peace between Terminal City and the humans. They believed everyone in Terminal City were basically human too and had rights like everyone. "I want to be of aid to you, and everyone here. I heard you have a clinic, but no real professionally trained doctors to help train people and run it. I think I can help you there."

Max crossed her arms as she listened to what the doctor was saying. Terminal City was definitely in need of a doctor. Luke could only do so much. He is good at patching up wounds and bandaging broken bones, but he didn't know to help with the seizures. Max only took a quick glance at the doctor's background, but she needed to know more. "We could really use a doctor. We're losing a lot of X5s to the seizures and the tryptophan supply we have is slowly being depleted. But before I let you in, I have two questions for you: What can you do to help us and how much do you know about the physiology of transgenics?" Max raised an eyebrow at Dr. Nolan as she waited for her to answer. It was a good thing Dr. Nolan was a part of the THA. If she wasn't, Max wouldn't give her the time of day. Trust was a very important thing to Max and it was something she didn't give to just anybody.
